OhmfinchTerms & licence

These terms cover buying and using the Coilhouse website template ("the template") sold by Ohmfinch. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Heritage Handshake, the business that operates Ohmfinch, so that name may appear on the checkout page.
1. What you get
A ZIP file with the template's HTML, CSS, JavaScript, illustrations, README and licence, delivered as a download right after payment. The price is C$49, a one-time payment in Canadian dollars. There's no subscription.
2. Licence
- One licence lets you use and change the template to build and run one website for one business, either your own or one client's.
- You may use it commercially for that business and change anything you like.
- You may not resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute the template or its files, whether changed or not. You also may not include it in another template, theme or builder product.
- For more websites, buy more licences.
3. Your content
Sample text, numbers, reviews, rebate amounts and names in the template are placeholders. You're responsible for what you publish, including the accuracy of claims, prices, rebates and licences, and for having the rights to any photos you add.
4. Refunds
If the template isn't right for you, email hello@sellmybusinessdirect.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please delete your copy once you've been refunded.
5. Support and updates
We answer setup questions by email, usually within 2 business days. Free fixes to version 1 are sent on request.
6. No warranty
The template is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
